What should I bring? Yourself! A watch! It can be normal watch (what I use) or a smart watch with GPS. When’s it’s hot a water bottle. When it’s cold gloves, hat and sufficient clothing. When it’s raining a towel and change of clothes for after the run (there are bathroom facilities) to stay warm and dry. If you want to go super fast, a pair of flats or spikes for later in the workout.
Parking: It is recommended to park on the side of the streets surrounding the entrance/driveway down to the track. While there is some parking down the driveway next to the track, that is usually full and there is a gate that could be closed to lock you in.
